All bookings, ticket purchases, and payments made to Lanes, Garden Square are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances, including (but not limited to):
Change of mind after purchase
Non-attendance on the day of booking
Late arrival resulting in reduced or missed activity time
Personal circumstances, including illness or scheduling conflicts
Rescheduling
While refunds are not available, we may, at our discretion, allow you to reschedule your booking if sufficient notice is given. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Venue Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Lanes, Garden Square must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, health & safety concerns, or extreme weather conditions), you will be offered the choice of:
Rescheduling your booking at no additional charge, or
Receiving a credit voucher to use at a later date.
No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
