What Do We Need to Pay Up Front?
We require a $25 deposit to book a party. That's all that is due up front. We'll settle up the rest of your bill at the end of your party.

How Many Lanes Do We Get?
Depends on the number of paid guests. You'll start out with two lanes for 10-12 paid guests. For 13-16 guests, you'll get three lanes. For 17-20 guests you'll get four lanes, and so on. The number of additional tables we provide also increases with your number of paid guests.

How Much Food and Drink Is Included?
Food and drink is included for all paid party guests. The more paid party guests, the more food and drink. You start out with three large pizzas for 10-12 paid guests, and we add pizzas as the number of guests increases. Prefer something other than pizza? No prob! Please reach out to us so we can accommodate. Fountain drinks are included for all paid party guests.

Is There A Limit to How Many People Can Come In With Our Group?
At Pinheads, we are committed to the health and safety of all of our guests. Our local Health Department has given us guidelines to ensure that we have adequate space for groups inside Pinheads to be able to practice safe physical distancing. The guidelines below outline how many people are permitted to come in with your party, depending on the number of lanes your group needs:



What If We Decide We Want More Food or More Lanes When We Get There?
More food is easy; just order from our menu and we'll have it right out for you! More lanes can be tricky and depends on the amount of space we have available. If you need lanes in addition to what you reserve when you initially book your party, please contact us to let us know as early as possible so we can accommodate.

What If We Have More Than One Birthday Boy/ Girl?
We'll make the day special for all of our VIP birthday kids! The birthday party package includes one Happy Birthday bowling pin. You can purchase additional pins for $19.95 each.

Can We Bring Our Own Food and Drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own cake (we provide your ice cream). All other food and drink has to come from Pinheads.

Royal Crest Lanes does not share any of your information whatsoever with any outside parties. Any telephone numbers, mailing addresses, names, emails, etc. will be used internally for providing you with the best quality experience at Royal Crest Lanes that we can, and that's it. All credit card payments are processed through secure servers.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date if the change occurs 48 hours in advance of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy.
At Least 72 hours in advance. Please cancel by telephone at least 72 hours (3 days) before your event’s start time. We are happy to issue a full deposit refund for any cancellation before 72 hours of the scheduled event. The refund will be issued in the same method the deposit was made (cash for cash deposit, credit card refund onto the same card used for credit card deposit).

Less than 72 hours in advance. If outside of 24 hours (anytime other than the day of the scheduled reservation), we are happy to reschedule your reservation or issue you a Pinheads Gift Card for the full amount of your deposit. We do not issue refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled reservation.
Note: Reservations for four or more lanes must be paid in full, in advance, and are will receive a 50% credit if the change or cancellation is within 72-24 hours of the scheduled reservation time.

Same day cancellations. We do not issue refunds or credits for cancellations made on the day of a scheduled reservation. Exceptions will be made for inclement weather or other situations at Pinheads Management’s discretion.

Data Privacy Policy.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your information to anyone. We will collect the personally identifiable information you provide us on our website, but this information is for Pinheads use only and will not be shared with any third parties.

Secure Payment Methods.
All payment data is transmitted over Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

General Policies

No Outside Food or Beverages other than Birthday Cake/Cupcakes.
Plates, forks, napkins, and ice cream are included for all Birthday Party Packages. All other groups are required to bring their own plates, forks, and napkins if bringing in a cake or cupcakes. No ice cream may be brought in from outside of Pinheads per health code.
Minimum and Maximum Guests.
Birthday Party Packages. The minimum number of guests for a Birthday Party Package is 10. If you have less than 10 guests at the time of your event you will be charged for the minimum of 10 guests.

Open Lane Reservations and Cosmic Bowling. Each bowling lane will accommodate up to eight guests. No more than eight people can bowl on each lane.
Arrival/Check-In Time.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Check in with the front desk. On-time arrival of your guests is your responsibility. Lanes automatically start at the reservation time you selected. Arrival times cannot be adjusted on the day of the reservation, as this may impair our ability to serve other groups.
Extra Time.
Birthday Party Packages. Each Pinheads Birthday Party Package is reserved for a two-hour time block. We provide an additional 10 minutes at the end of your designated time as “leaving time.” Our Pinheads staff is happy to assist you by cleaning your entire space and assisting you with taking items to your vehicle. You may purchase additional lane time at our hourly rate of $24.95 per hour, per lane. If there are additional reservations after your party you may not have this option. Please let a Pinheads Staff member know if you would like additional time so that we can try our best to accommodate you.

Cosmic Bowling Lanes. Cosmic Bowling lanes are reserved for a designated time block; 6:30-8:30 for Family Time and 9:00-11:00 for Adult Time. You are reserving the lanes for a specific amount of time, not for a specific number of games. Any time spent on the lanes after your Cosmic session ends is will prorated based on our $24.95 per hour, per lane fee. If there are other reservations after your Cosmic session has ended, you may not have this option.

Hourly Open Bowling Reservations. The minimum amount of time required to make a reservation is one hour. Additional time may be purchased based on availability. Pinheads does not make reservations on a number-of-games basis.
Behavior at Pinheads.
At Pinheads we specialize in quality time. If any guest is asked to leave for violation of our policies or inappropriate behavior, a refund will not be issued and party attendants may be asked to leave. We require strict adherence to our safety policies and require all guests to be considerate of others within our facility.
