Lane Reservations

Changes Prior to Day of Reservation
Reservation payments are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date or time if the change occurs the day before the reservation.

Changes on the Day of Reservation
Guests requesting to reschedule their reservation on the day of will be allowed to reschedule the time for that day only, and only if lanes are available.

Late to Reservation
Reserved Lanes will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. After 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled and lanes released. If the guest arrives after the reservation has been cancelled, the reservation may be rescheduled for later that day, only if lanes are available.

Party Reservations

Reservations will be required to pay a deposit of $50 via credit card to secure the event. If the Guest cancels at least 24 hours prior to the reservation, the deposit will be refunded. If the group does not show up for the reservation, the credit card will be charged the full amount for the party.
