1. If your lane reservation is canceled at least 5 days in advance to the event then a credit will be refunded back to your card, less a $15 cancellation fee.
2. If your lane reservation is canceled within 5 days, the amount will be applied less a $15 cancellation fee as a store credit under the name of the person on the original booking, this applies to same day reservations as well.
3. If a person does not show up for a reservation, the reservation payment is lost and will not be refunded.
4. No employee of Circle Bowl & Entertainment Ledgewood will be autorized to supply cash refunds at any time
