Center Rules of Bowling

1. Following these simple rules will help to insure a great and safe time. Bowling is fun, and it is also a great way to exercise. Like any other physical activity, understand your own limitations.
2. Ask for help in selecting the right ball for you, if you are unsure.
3. Bowling shoes are unique athletic equipment. Be sure your shoes remain tied, dry and clean as you play. Check your shoes prior to stepping onto the approach to bowl.
4. Stay behind the marked foul line in your bowling lane (the marked line before the lane itself) – this is because the lanes are oiled and can be super slippery.
5. Wait for moving balls to stop in the ball return tray before retrieving or replacing balls. Please keep your hands and other appendages safe. Yep... No hands, arms, legs, head or other body parts in the hole where the ball returns or in any other machinery.
6. Always ask an employee for help with anything that may cause you injury, such as a misplaced pin or a ball that hasn’t quite made it down the lane. Please report any spills that need to be cleaned up - this helps us keep the lanes clean so you can do the bowler sliiide!
7. To prevent and avoid tripping hazards, be sure not to leave personal items such as shoes, coats, and bags in public movement paths around the lanes and seating. Watch out for these types of items left by others.
8. Be sure not to bowl when a bowler is bowling in the next lane. Only one person is allowed on the approach (the space before lane) at a time.
9. Obey all signs, posted warnings and safety notices. They are posted to help keep you safe.
10. We are here to serve you! Report anything that interferes with your safe fun.
11. For the safety of everyone, conduct yourself appropriately at all times.
12. Not following the rules of the bowling center may result in injury to you or others.
13. We do not permit outside food or beverage to be brought in or consumed on premise.
14. Please walk! Yep that means no running in the center at anytime – the only things we want to see falling are bowling pins!
15. And the most important rule of all: Have a great time!
