PINSTACK accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Lane reservations require payment in full and is non-refundable and non-transferable. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
By visiting PINSTACK, you are aware and freely accept and assume the risks, dangers and hazards associated with the use of attractions at PINSTACK including the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom. By participating in such activities, I agree to WAIVE LIABILITY against and RELEASE PINSTACK FROM LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE, error or mistakes of its employees, agents, contractors and other co-participants and you agree to waive certain legal rights including the right to sue PINSTACK or claim compensation following an accident. PINSTACK reserves the right to revoke the privileges of any Guest not complying with our House Rules.

House Rules are as follows:

• No climbing on structures is permitted


• No smoking or profanity


• No alcohol allowed outside the premises


• Shirt + shoes are required at all times


• Attire must be appropriate for a family friendly environment


• No outside food or beverage allowed inside the facility


• No pets except for service animals allowed


• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children + their safety.
