GENERAL CONDITIONS

RATES

  • You can check our rates on the website.
  • All rates displayed on the website include the legal taxes applicable under Spanish law.
  • The company reserves the right to modify the rates and promotions published on the website. Such changes will not apply to products ordered prior to the rate variation.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • In the Reservations section, the calendar shows the days that can be selected and, subsequently, the available hours. Days and times that are unavailable will not be selectable on the website.
  • To make a reservation, it is necessary to provide your name, email address, and contact phone number.
  • To confirm a reservation, the user must select one of the available payment methods.
  • The reservation will only be valid if the payment is successfully completed through the selected method and the user receives a confirmation email from Bowling Chamartín.
  • Playing under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that alters consciousness, perception, or behavior is prohibited. If a player shows signs of intoxication or violent behavior, our team will be obligated to end their participation and that of their team, with no right to a refund or rescheduling.

CONDITIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION

  • If more than one reservation is made under the same name and email, the company cannot guarantee that the lanes will be consecutive.
  • To repeat a game, you must notify the control desk and pay the fee before the seventh round ends.
  • If you're unsure, ask for help choosing the right ball for you.
  • Take care of the bowling shoes; they are important and necessary equipment.
  • If you cross the foul line (the black line just before the lane), you may fall on the lane because it is slippery.
  • Always ask a staff member for help in situations that could lead to injury, such as a misplaced pin, a spilled drink, or a ball that didn't reach the end of the lane.
  • If possible, we recommend arriving at the bowling alley 15 minutes before your reservation time.
  • The maximum number of players allowed per lane is 7 people.
  • Once the reservation is made, only one additional player may be added, and only if the total number of players does not exceed the lane limit.
  • If your reservation is already confirmed but fewer people show up, you can modify the number of participants as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If the change is made in this timeframe, you will receive a refund based on the selected rate.
  • Only one additional person can be added per lane, as long as the maximum of 7 players per lane is not exceeded. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • If you need to change the number of players in your reservation, this is possible if communicated 24 hours before the reservation starts (e.g., if one less person is attending and you notify us in advance, a refund may be issued).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at administracion@bowlingchamartin.com
  • Cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours before the first game
  • You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
    • Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the first game starts.
    • Between 48 and 24 hours before the first game starts, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
